Start: To set in motion; bring to being; to begin a course or journey; to experience the first stages of action.
For the last 20 years I’ve worked for financial and consumer advocacy institutions helping people understand personal finance and improve their financial situations.
I started SimpleStartMoney.com as a means to teach my family about personal finance, economics, and the value putting yourself out there in pursuit of a goal. I’m also using this project as a means to hold myself accountable for researching and making smart financial decisions as my family progresses toward financial independence.
